1. Could you briefly introduce your company and your products? What’s your position in your market?

Triol Corporation prides itself as one of the leaders in innovative manufacturing of electrical equipment in a former USSR market. Established in 1993, Triol Corporation provides outstanding services and delivers exceptional value to our clients in manufacturing engineering and project management services, serving the needs and meeting the challenges of the oil/gas industry and lift field as well. We strive to maintain a position of leadership within the industries we serve, through investment in product development, technological advancement and high standards of quality in goods and services. We have more than 700 employees, including 100 design engineers, 3 factories with total area of 25 000 square meters, where the full production cycle is provided, starting from electronic units up to metal working operation. Our products operate in USA, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Romania, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Argentina, Egypt, Kuwait, India and others. We are not simply content to support our Customers, we strive to play a key role in their continual success. We specialize in low voltage and medium voltage VFDs for industrial applications. The integration of these technologies allows our customers to achieve the most complex power solutions.

2. Are you planning to market these new products in China? Why are you interested in Chinese market?

We are highly interested in Chinese market, because it constantly grows, especially there is a big amount of projects in building industry, where lifts are always required. We see the demand in such products, we have an experienced R&D engineers who develop products from software design to hardware construction, and we feel that we can win competition here. We want to provide high quality European products to operate safely and cost-effectively in diverse and challenging settings for Chinese Customers. All Customers will be happy with our solutions.

3. Could you talk briefly about the company’s China Exploration strategy?

Our company’s strategy is to provide high quality technical and software solutions for China Customers. We are planning to organize local manufacturing of VFDs in China to become a highly competitive supplier and go with this solution worldwide. At the moment we are registering our Trade Mark in China to start the promotion of TRIOL in China.

4. Could you briefly talk about the elevator market in your country?

We provide our solutions for Ukrainian and Russian elevators market which is growing. We have passed tests and become a supplier for the largest elevator’s factories.
我们为乌克兰和俄罗斯不断增长的电梯市场提供解决方案。我们已通过相关检验,成为众多大型电梯厂商的供应商。
5. How do you view the Chinese market and evaluate Triol’s developments and achievements in China?

We view the Chinese market as very competitive, required low-cost high-efficient, high-reliable, high quality solutions. Triol Corporation can provide such solutions for this market! We are planning to enter Chinese market with our experience and become well known supplier here. We want to organize local business, facility and pass into vendor list during first year, then to start supply for the local market and worldwide.
我们认为中国市场的竞争十分激烈,需要低成本、高效率、高可靠性的优质解决方案,而Triol Corporation恰恰有能力为中国市场提供此类解决方案。我们计划凭借自身经验进入中国市场,并成为该市场中的知名供应商。我们希望在中国成立当地公司、建设工厂,在第一年就被列入供应商名录,然后开始为本地及全球市场供应产品。
6. What’s the short-term plan or long-term plan of Triol’s development in China?
6. Triol在中国的短期及长期发展计划是什么?
As I told you before, short term plan is to register trademark, open the office, start promotion, obtain local market technical specifications, deal with a leading elevators manufacturers, organize local business, facility and successfully pass the tests to get a place in a vendor list of lift manufacturers, so then start sales. As a long term plan we want to cover 5% of a market demand and go further to have more and export products from China worldwide.
正如我之前所说的,短期计划是在中国注册商标、开设办事处、启动推广工作、获得本地市场的技术数据、与领先的电梯制造商洽谈合作、成立本地公司、建设工厂,并成功通过检验,以期在电梯制造商供应商名录中占据一席之地,然后开展销售业务。至于长期计划,我们希望占据5%的市场份额,然后进一步开发更多产品,并将这些产品从中国出口至世界各地。
7. What’s your vision about Triol’s future?

Our vision of Triol`s future is becoming a significant player worldwide in the field of electrical equipment for a wide scope of applications. For the China market we plan to supply our VFDs for the biggest elevators factories and organize an export from China worldwide.
我们希望Triol未来能够成为有着广泛应用前景的全球电气设备之领域的重要参与者。我们计划为中国的大型电梯厂商供应我们的变频驱动器,并将该品从中国出口至世界各地。
8. Which kind of help and support you expect from Shanghai Elevator Trade Association?

From Shanghai Elevator Trade Association we expect to be promoted as a reliable supplier of VFDs for Association members also we want to be provided with contacts of responsible managers to arrange meeting and to get general support and promotion on the market.
